Bailey cut and coloured her hair. He spent a long time making sure he knew what my daughter wanted and did the most amazing colour. He is so so lovely and made us giggle the whole time we were there!

Laura and Evie were so knowledgeable with the extensions and system and the colour match is incredible. They are both so kind and spend time getting to know you.

On our last visit my daughter had the system removed and re done because she is travelling for a few weeks and can’t get back to the salon for a while.

Laura took the extensions out that were anchoring the weave and there was no damage to the hair at all.

She is delighted with the system and we are so glad we found this amazing team.

This is such a great place - a salon where Laura and her lovely team, Evie, Bailey and Indie, just change lives every day by making you feel like you again - without any fuss, just being friendly, caring and professional and doing a great job. They even give you chocolate too!

They have a wealth of experience and knowledge between them and are happy to do what you ask or make their own suggestions on what would work best for you. I have been going to Mark Glenn for many years for extensions. My hair was always very fine and my confidence was suffering as I got older. To be able to walk out of the salon with a full head of hair, beautifully styled always gives me a thrill I never tire of. The team has changed over the years but are always friendly, respectful and fun to be with. I am often complimented on my hair and if I do tell someone it is not all mine, they are always surprised. The colour match and the extensions themselves are done so cleverly and I can wear it up on holiday, swim and treat it as my own hair. This really is a very special salon which I discovered by accident when I was researching options for hair loss. In the past I have tried every type of extension going, all not only damaging my very fine hair further but also never looking right because the texture of the human hair extensions was so different to my own hair.

I therefore could not believe it earlier this year when I had a trial of Mark Glenn’s hair extensions which was just life changing for me. The texture and colour of these extensions matched my hair perfectly. They looked like a better, healthier version of my own hair. I could not believe it.

I am now on my second set of extensions and i have never been happier with my hair.

The icing on the cake of my extensions though is the team at Mark Glenn. They make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the salon. They are professional, friendly and talented but most importantly for me, genuinely care about their clients and their clients’ hair. I have never been anywhere before where extensions are placed in my hair with such care and attention.

I also adore the colour of my hair which is more of a creamy blond than the ash blond I have had for years - thank you for the recommendation Bailey!. I am just sorry I did not find this salon sooner! I honestly leave this salon feeling a million dollars every time and cannot recommend it enough!!

I am writing a hugely belated review! Even though it’s belated, i still remember the feeling and relief of coming to see Mark Glenn following sudden onset of some terribly positioned patches of alopecia in 2015. 

I had huge bald patches on the top of my head and hairline. The Mark Glenn team made the most incredible hair extensions to cover it up. I had been to another company in Bristol but they made me feel so uncomfortable. The team at Mark Glenn was incredible. 

They restored every tiny bit of confidence lost and I was actually disappointed to have them removed when it grew back! I still get the odd patch now but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Mark Glenn. Amazing!

I have suffered from hair loss since I was a teenager, which became progressively worse in the past year to the point where I was avoiding certain lights and could not bare to look in the mirror.

Truly the best hair extension salon & technique. The hair is amazing, it’s vegan (no humans involved) & looks so natural. I've been with Mark Glenn for nearly a year now and the service they provide is stunning. Their hair replacement system looks so natural and effortless, and is just as easy to maintain. Their synthetic silk fibres are soft and the method they use doesn't damage my hair and allows for hair growth. The women at the salon are so lovely and sweet, I look forward to my adjustment sessions. They're so attentive and considerate of my hijab: they offer a private room, and balance the system so it doesn't look odd or bulky under the hijab. The biggest compliments I get from people are when I reveal that it is indeed a replacement system and they are shocked because it looks so natural.

I have been going to Mark Glenn for many years as I had very thin hair. Have to say they have truly changed my life as I now have beautiful hair which is easy to look after. I look forward to my visits every 5/6 weeks and have always found the team to be friendly and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble if you want to have a different style or length for example they will do their best to give you what you want and have never failed me. The current manager Laura is wonderful, very confident, very experienced and even though I thought everything was great before, she has made it even more great and fab. The team are all really friendly and lovely and it is always a pleasure to go for appointments. (p.s. would be even more lovely if they took American Express cards - because I am trying to earn as many air miles as possible for my visit to Australia to visit my daughter and grandkids!!) Great experience, huge boost to my self confidence & I love my hair. Laura & the team are friendly, professional & excellent at providing whatever look or task you want done with the fibre hair extensions. Visited MG last week and I would give them 10 stars if I could. It’s always offered a good service but the recent change in management has taken it to an exceptional level. I can’t recommend Laura and her team enough (I had Elena and Delia alongside Laura on the day). From the moment I stepped in, there was a continuous offer of refreshments and snacks, the conversation was wonderful, the atmosphere was so welcoming and calm and the skill and talent is second to none. They offered a remarkable tailored service, taking care of the finest of details - looking at my head shape, the way I wear my hair, the finishing touches - and really took the time to listen to my preferences for a lighter, more natural look. I’m elated with the final result and can’t thank the team enough. They’re doing a superb job! Keep it up!!

I cannot recommend Mark Glenn highly enough, I have been suffering with hair loss for so long and it got worst during the pandemic. I was very worried about my consultation, I had lost all my confidence and it was a huge thing for me to go to the salon. The girls made me so comfortable, they understood what I was going through and gave me lots of options. Now I have finally had my hair done and I look and feel amazing! The team have given me my confidence back and I am so thankful I came to them first!

I recently had my second appointment with Laura at Mark Glenn for extensions following alopecia. She did an amazing job and really listened to what i needed as i never had thick hair. The cut and colour blend looks so natural that everyone has now been complementary about my hair. Having always tied it back and added fake hair, it's so nice now to wear my hair down and not worry if any bald bits are showing. Thank you girls for giving me back my self confidence and now to enjoy my retirement after many years working for the NHS as an occupational therapist. I have been coming to Mark Glenn for almost 16 years. After years of wearing wigs I found a story in a magazine about the work that was done for people with hair loss such as myself. I made an appointment for a consultation and have never looked back. I look forward to coming every six weeks to have the extensions redone. The girls are lovely and I'm sure they look at me and wonder what I've done to my system since the last visit. However they cheerfully get on with making it look good again. I hope I never have to wear a wig again. I enjoy listening to all the chat from the girls. Also I was there on Sunday when they worked so hard to get customers in for appointments before this new lockdown, they were amazing because they didn't want to let us clients down. Thank you girls.

If you have a thin, fragile hair and want to have a full volume hair, don’t look any further! I have been coming to Mark Glenn Salon for 2 years now for hair extensions and it didn’t damage my hair at all. The colour matching is fantastic, looks really natural. You can put your hair up, exercise, surf and scuba dive with it, really easy to handle. In the salon everybody extremely kind and friendly but also very professional. Absolutely life changing for me, can’t thank you enough!

I have been coming to the Mark Glenn Salon in London for many years. The girls there are wonderful, totally professional and extremely caring. They gave me my confidence and life back. I suffer from a hereditary hair loss condition. Thanks to this salon I can go out and be myself without any embarrassment. During this Covid pandemic they are continuing to work tirelessly and safely so that their clients don't suffer. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The women here are excellent, both at the skilled work they carry out and their interpersonal skills. I was nervous but put at ease immediately. I was very impressed with the safety measures in place to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. My temperature was taken on arrival, there was plenty of hand sanitizer and the women all wore PPE. All in all, a lovely experience and I look forward to my next appointment.

Have been a client for many, many years and thought it about time I wrote a review. Apart from my family the lovely team are the most important people in my life. Not being able to go there during lockdown was horrendous. The salon is very smart and everyone is extremely friendly , skilled and professional making you feel comfortable in what could be embarrassing and awkward situation if you experience thinning hair or hair loss. My life has been transformed from day one, I would not have had the confidence to achieve the things I have, had I not gone there. I started by just having extensions but changed to one of their systems after a couple years, it does require frequent visits to maintain but no different I don't suppose to any other cosmetic treatment and results are immediate! It can be washed, cut and styled like natural hair, I don't think it can be coloured but they have a huge range of colours which they mix to your requirements.. Thank you TEAM.

Hi, I started on this journey with such high hopes back in December 2019 with another well known company. Each month, I would be back, having my system repaired until eventually, I said enough is enough and got my money back. The picture you see today is the work of the fantastic team who are Mark Glenn. From my very first enquiry, to having it fitted, I felt valued. I cannot put into words what a difference It is to my previous system, only to say, between chalk and cheese. My system feels so much more comfortable, the thickness of my hair and the colour, is incredible. My head does not itch continuously, my hair isn’t getting frizzy and bunching up as with my other system. Putting in simply - If you are reading this, please do not hesitate to contact them. Some salons change your hair. The amazing team at Mark Glenn changed my life. I have very severe, permanent hair loss & I've explored every option over the last 10 years or so. The Kinsey System has given me back the hair I had before it all went wrong ( but blonde with pink streaks 😀) & I love it. I was nervous about going out & meeting people before, but my new hair has given more confidence than I’ve ever had. There are maintenance visits but it's really easy to look after in between & it’s well worth the effort to feel normal again. The team are just brilliant - they genuinely care and they make me laugh - couldn’t ask for more. Absolute life savers 😀.

Wonderful staff, amazing work. I wouldn't let anyone else near my hair. I've tried other methods but their fibre hair extensions are consistently the best in look and feel. Not cheap, but for me, worth every penny.

Thank you so much for your care, attention, advice and enthusiasm during the fitting of the Kinsey System last week. Thank you for all your help with my hair! I literally can't tell you how much you guys helped me and my funny disappearing hair! I am sure that it all grew back once you guys fixed the bits that you could! It completely stopped me worrying about it and strangely once you put the Kinsey System on the large area on the crown of my head I stopped worrying about the very visible missing patch on my hair line which initially had bothered me the most! I feel that now my hair is growing back that I am ready to go it alone without my precious system! Thank you so much again. I will recommend everyone to you! I am emailing really to update you guys at MG about how things have been since I had my removal. So although it's only been a couple of months (2 I think), I wanted to share how well things are going. I am more used to my short hair cut now and I really doubt that anybody has noticed that there used to be a problem. I use the word 'used' because I've barely touched my hair in a negative way since I had the system put on! I do occasionally have moments where I find I'm 'fiddling' with it, but I stop myself and that's that! :) I don't have patches and my thinner areas are fine. I am so happy with the progress. I realized that I never properly thanked you all for the help. The system gave me a lot of time to step back and leave my hair alone which I guess reduced the chance of pulling it almost completely. Everyone was super helpful and experienced and it really made a difficult situation a lot easier for me. So THANKYOU all! So yeah, things couldn't be going any better so far and I 100% intend for that progress to continue. I will update perhaps after a longer while but I just couldn't hold off sharing the good news for much longer! Thankyou :)

I wanted to thank you and the team for fitting me in this December for my wedding hair extensions and for your patience with the time difference and all the emails! I promised you some pics of the wedding so have attached some here. My hair was AMAZING!!! And made me feel so good and confident on the day. I came to see you last week and had the Kinsey System put in on Thursday. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the result. I'm still getting used to it really as its such a change, but I've had so many compliments and positive comments, its been fab! I washed and dried it myself last night, which was a bit daunting, but everything is fine, even though it took me so much longer than I had been used to!
