We'll always outline the pro's and con's in your particular situation and we'd never want to undertake the work if you feel at all uncomfortable or unsure as a result.

If, after having gone away and thought about it, you'd still like to go ahead then:

Book in for the work. Let us create the hair of your dreams. Go home. Live with it. Take the time to get used to it. See the reactions of family and friends. See how confident it makes you feel.

And if, six weeks later at your first maintenance appointment, you don't think your life has been enhanced as a result, just tell us.

We'll then immediately remove your new hair for you and refund all your money.

That's why, to be fair to both of us, our main stipulation is that you first get used to your new hair. The key conditions of this guarantee are:

• You must keep your new hair in place for the full six weeks and not damage or remove it prior to your first maintenance appointment
• Your refund will not include the non-refundable deposit paid prior to undertaking the work
• It's open to new clients only
• Not available for trichotillomania clients
• If you're paying via any finance scheme we may provide, the guarantee doesn't apply as we're unable to refund finance already in place from a third party institution
• If we suspect you have not acted in good faith, including but not limited to the intention of claiming a refund before commencement of the work because, for example, you'd like a full head of hair for a one-off event, you will not be entitled to take advantage of this guarantee
• Including but not limited to the terms above, refunds will always be at our discretion and that decision will be final
• Your statutory rights, as always, are not affected
