The not so small print

We've given thousands of women new hair so we know that it's not unusual for them to experience an initial and unexpected shock at having a full head of hair! It's often a big deal going from little to lots.

That's why, to be fair to both of us, our main stipulation is that you first get used to your new hair. The key conditions of this guarantee are:

You must keep your new hair in place for the full six weeks and not damage or remove it prior to your first maintenance appointment
Your refund will not include the non-refundable deposit paid prior to undertaking the work
It's open to new clients only
Not available for trichotillomania clients
If you're paying via any finance scheme we may provide, the guarantee doesn't apply as we're unable to refund finance already in place from a third party institution
If we suspect you have not acted in good faith, including but not limited to the intention of claiming a refund before commencement of the work because, for example, you'd like a full head of hair for a one-off event, you will not be entitled to take advantage of this guarantee
Including but not limited to the terms above, refunds will always be at our discretion and that decision will be final
